Film Faced Plywood
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Film-faced<\/strong> (smooth) plywood finds application in conditions of high temperature drop, influence of moisture and detergent cleaning. It has lightweight, resistant to corrosion attack, easily combined with other materials and simple in processing. Film-facing of plywood and edge treatment by waterproof paint ensure the water-and wear-resistance. Northern wood provides special durability of the panel, coating with high-quality import films ensures hardness and damage resistance. These properties makes this plywood irreplaceable in conditions of the open environment. Film-facing improves the panel\u2019s resistance to natural and chemical conditions.<\/a><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Film Faced Anti-slip <\/strong>(wired mesh), wear-resistant and easily handled surface makes this plywood ideal for applications demanding high wear resistance such as various composite structures, floors and sidewalls of trucks, railway wagons, warehouses etc. The surface is hygienic and resistant to strong detergents, what is important for farming constructions and storage of a food products.<\/a><\/a><\/a><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As veneer is covered with film, only the defects of laminating are considered in grading. In addition, defects of wood which are noticeable outside are taken into account. Each side of panel corresponds to one of the following grades: I, II or III.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both surfaces of film are available: smooth and wire mesh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Standard water-resistant cover has dark brown color , density \u2013 120 g\/m2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the client\u2019s enquiry there may be used the film with density from 80 g\/m2 till 220 g\/m2 (multiple color combinations available).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
