Plymax Birch Throughout Plywood can be processed in many different ways, including film overlaying or special composite materials, lacquering, oiling, cut-to-size, CNC, drilling, milling, jointing, edge machining, assembling in sets, scarf jointing.
Grades
- White Birch Ply is sanded on both faces, forming a smooth and durable surface, which is suitable for a variety of finishes.
- S (II) for good quality staining and lacquering.
- BB (III) for finishing and coating with transparent and non-transparent thicker overlays and films, veneering and applications where a solid face is required.
- WGE plywood of WG grade without open defects (repaired with filler), for overlaying with non-transparent finishing material.
- WG (IV) for use where surface appearance is not important, reverse grade.
- Surface appearance classification fulfills the requirements of EN 635.

Grade B (I)
100% BIRCH PLYWOOD
B (I) is the main decorative grade for the production of exterior elements that require visible exterior properties of the product. Virtually no defects, only partially accrete, non-accrete, falling out knots, holes from them, a wormhole with a diameter of no more than 6 mm in the amount of 3 pieces are allowed. per 1 m², no more than 5 healthy intergrown knots per 1 m² with a diameter of up to 15 mm and slight brown streaks are also allowed. It is often used for the manufacture of film faced plywood.

Grade ВВ ( II )
100% BIRCH PLYWOOD
BB (II) – decorative grade for the production of various furniture elements, external and internal. It combines the need for exterior and physical and mechanical properties. Some defects are allowed: partially accrete, non-accrete, falling out knots, holes from them, a wormhole with a diameter of not more than 6 mm in the amount of 6 pcs. per 1 m², no more than 10 healthy intergrown knots per 1 m² with a diameter of up to 25 mm are also allowed, repair of the sheet surface is allowed. Knots and open defects are sealed with veneer inserts. Usually, this variety is coated with various finishing materials and paints.

CP (III) – the basic grade for the production of various products, usually with subsequent coating. The following defects are allowed: partially accrete, non-accrete, falling out knots, holes from them, a wormhole with a diameter of not more than 6 mm. in the amount of 10 pcs. per 1 m² of sheet surface and healthy intergrown knots without limiting the number. It is used for the manufacture of structures hidden from external view, as well as containers and packaging.
